It uses excellent hot rolled carbon steel wires as the raw materials. New type direct wire access heavy water tank drawing machine is used to pull the wires and the wire wheel is used to receive and withdraw the wires, so that the electrical connectors are reduced and product quality improved. The entire galvanization process is controlled by computer fully, so that the zinc liquids always remain under constant temperature and the quality of galvanization layer is stable. Special anti-corrosion grease is applied during the winding to enhance its anti-corrosion performance.
